About the company
Solaris Assurance PAC (“Public Accounting Corporation”) was incorporated in June 2015 to take over the practice of Robert Tan & Co.
Our late founder, Robert Tan, set up Robert Tan & Co. in March 1978 with the following principal beliefs.
- Good quality professional services can be rendered by small firms
- Quality services depend on recruiting and keeping quality staff who are constantly encouraged to upgrade themselves professionally
- Quality services need not be expensive if the practice is run efficiently

The services we provide are Assurance (external audit), Risk Assurance (internal audit), Investigations, Corporate Advisory, Corporate & Personal Taxation, Insolvency & Corporate Recovery.

Each director and partner in the firm is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and is licensed to practice as a CPA in Singapore.
